Dr. John Michael Mulroy, MD

He totally messed up a shoulder surgery. Been over a year and it is garbage. Once he knew he messed up I was never seen again. I wished I had gone to Mexico and had it done in someone’s basement than let him have done it

Watch out for the office staff at this office, they like to pick and choose what they want to do for patients with regards to referrals and authorizations and appeals to certain insurance companies. I found the staff to be rude and lazy. They lie to patients and try to make it look like they are doing their job when they are really trying to have the patient do their own follow up work. They take no ownership of any mistakes or errors made on their behalf. They never follow up or call back the insurance companies or patients in a timely manner. It's too bad my spouse likes Dr. Mulroy so much because we would have been out of there in a heartbeat. Sorry Dr. Mulroy but your office staff is making a fool out of you everyday as well as your patients. Get some experienced people to work for you or have your staff take a course in customer service as soon as possible.

I am so grateful my primary care doctor recommended Dr. Mulroy. From the moment I met him, I felt very relieved and confident. My follow up visits for physical therapy confirmed how I felt. I was amazed that every time I had a new physical therapist - after asking who my Doctor was - the response was always the same - you were very lucky -he is one of the best!!!! I personally believe he is.
