I would give Dr. Ruboyianes 5 stars for bedside manners and 5 more for knowledge, professionalism and skills. He is indeed “gentle, kind, considerate, spent time with me, caring, compassionate” ( thank you for that review!). I would like to add that he is also humble, down to earth physician with a good sense of humor, who has the ability to relate to his patients and make them feel at ease, listened to and understood. Dr. Ruboyianes is an active listener, his compassion and empathy are not “learned” but truly genuine which probably explains why he is so generous with his time. He is a problem-solver and offers multiple solutions to a single medical problem. He welcomes questions and patiently explains test results without using medical language: just plain English vocabulary and visual aids. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, this ENT is both careful and honest when recommending a surgical procedure and would gladly explore less invasive methods first. He did a nose… cauterization and endoscopy for me flawlessly and painlessly. I believe the average waiting time in the office is less than 15 min and pretty much right on the dot if you are the first patient of the day. There was a longer waiting time once but I did notice the patients before me leaving the office with a big smile on their face. I thought that this was a small price to pay considering the quality of service I would receive. Things were taking a little longer to be done just because Dr. Ruboyianes was being thorough and solving the medical problems of another fellow human being.

First visit today with Dr. Ruboyianes and found him to be a very caring, concerned physician. He spent a long time with me and explained things clearly and fully. There was only a 5 minute wait to see him compared with the 1.5 hour wait I had at another ENT office. His office staff was very kind and polite as well. I will definitely return to him in the future. Would highly recommend him.

I had a superior visit with him. He was gentle, kind, considerate, spent time with me, caring, compassionate and I have a follow up visit in a week from now.

I had septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery by Dr. Ruboyianes and I had no pain and very little down time. I was able to go back to work within a week. Dr. Ruboyianes is an excellent and caring ENT specialist with excellent surgical skills. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr.Ruboyianes is a warm and caring doctor with excellenct surgical skills. He has advised me not to get a procedure done based on his experience with others and my sinus issues are doing much better based on his recommendations.
