Johnathan Puhalla

John is a board-certified physician assistant and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. As co-founder of RAVE™️ Clinics, he brings a robust background of health and wellness to the community. John received his bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and his master’s degree from Rocky Vista University. He is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. John is a fifteen-year combat veteran who served in the United States Army and Air Force. He has worked with military members, collegiate and professional athletes over the course of his career. His philosophy involves optimizing all aspects of one’s health with the goal of thriving cognitively and physically. Leveraging his fitness experience, John takes a nutrition and movement-first approach to remedying sickness and improving longevity.
