Dr. Jonathan Acey Albert, MD

I just started my 2nd year with Dr. Albert and he's a vast improvement over other recent doctors I've had. He has helped me through emergencies and regular treatments, and discusses the science and the studies of the treatment, with intelligent aplomb and level-headed humanity with humor. Highly recommended!

My first visit with this new doctor and I was very favorably impressed with his demeanor and his listening skills. He spent over 30 minutes with me asking questions and taking the time to look at my medical records and notes, and then provided thorough and thoughtful advice. This is a big, and welcome, change from other doctors, and group practices where they see you for five minutes and shuffle you off to someone else. The follow up was also good, not only did Dr. Albert gave me the appointment notes right there but by the time I got to my car I had received a copy via e-mail. I was also impressed with their policy of being on time, I got to see Dr. Albert within five minutes of getting in the office. The staff was pleasant and efficient, the office uncrowded and uncluttered, overall a very positive experience I intend to have Dr. Albert as my PCP for a long time.

I am very pleased with Dr. Albert and his staff. He is thorough and takes the time to explain everything in a way that I completely understand. He is always friendly. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Albert is not only skilled and informed, he cares about his patients. The previous doctor I went to at the hoity-toity Cleveland Clinic spent only a few minutes with me - when I turned 50 and scheduled my first physical in years, he kept leaving the room (probably to "treat" another couple of patients simultaneously) and did nothing except tap my knee and feel my neck. That was all he did. Dr. Albert, despite all the pressure on doctors these days from insurance companies, spends enough time with patients and uses that time well. He answers my many questions and promotes exercise and nutrition without pushing any absurd fads like that quack Dr. Oz does; he is not a mere pill pusher like many doctors these days.

I have been a patient's of Dr. Albert since he moved to his new location. I have always been impressed by the amount of time Dr. Albert spends with me each visit. I've never once felt rushed and have always had plenty of time to talk with him. His staff is courteous and efficient. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5 minutes to see him, which is amazing for doctors. I highly recommend him.

Both my husband (a recently retired internist) and I are extremely pleased with every aspect of Dr. Albert's care. He is thorough, professional and answers questions and concerns in a straight forward manner. He is an excellent diagnostician. We highly recommend Dr. Albert to patients searching for a primary care doctor .
