What kind of office cancels appointment and not even emailing or calling their patient about the cancelation? We were referred to him and we had set up an appointment. 2 days prior to the appointment, the office called us and told us that they RESCHEDULED our appointment to another dat because Gant is on vacation that day. Fine. We all need vacations. But they rescheduled without consulting with us. We said no, we'd rather reschedule it based on whether we can make it or not. So a month later, we called to confirm a day before the RESCHEDULED date. They told us they cancelled the appointment because Gant has a surgery. WITHOUT EMAILING US VIA THE SUTTER MYHEALTH ONLINE WEBSITE NOR CALLING US. NO FNG COURTESY WHATSOEVER TO INFORM US THAT APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED. And THIS IS A 5 STAR DOCTOR? REALLY?
