I recently visited this clinic, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered during my visit: Rushed and Impersonal Service: The clinic operates like a fast-food restaurant for patients. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being processed rather than cared for. The staff seemed more focused on moving me through the clinic quickly rather than providing quality care. Inadequate Attention to Patients: The clinic appears to be accepting more patients than it can handle. As a result, each patient receives minimal attention, and the staff seems constantly overwhelmed. This leads to a lack of personalized care and attention to detail. Prescription Delivery Issues: Despite paying for the full consultation, the clinic did not ensure that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. This oversight caused significant inconvenience and delay in receiving the necessary medication. Understaffed and Overwhelmed: The clinic is clearly understaffed, which… affects the overall quality of service. The few staff members present were doing their best, but they were simply stretched too thin to provide adequate care to each patient. Conclusion: Overall, my experience was disappointing. The clinic needs to address its patient management practices, ensure that prescriptions are handled efficiently, and hire additional staff to provide the level of care that patients deserve. I hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously to improve its services.

PLEASE READ: I read the negative reviews beforehand for my mom's cataract surgery but still decided to go because my ophthalmologist referred us. However, PLEASE DO NOT GO even if you are referred. Not only did he mess up my mom's vision, but he had a TERRIBLE attitude about it. He was very prideful and became very defensive when my mom shared her innocent symptoms of visual distortions, visual field cut, and discomfort shortly after the surgery (and still now one month later). I am in the healthcare profession, so I fully understand that mistakes can be made. It is not his error that upsets me, but his attitude. Instead of taking our concerns into consideration, he proceeded by saying, "I am not God and I cannot restore her vision". Please save your time and do not go to Dr. Lee. He does not care for his patient's well-being and does not have simple respect for others when his pride is on the line.

Office wanted to go through the dance of testing my eye acuity when i could even open my eyes. took and uber there. some guy said i was a new patient and doc wouldn't see me unless i went through their entire drill...after waiting in what felt like a free clinic for 30 minutes. So i told him i would rather leave in pain than have them screw up my sight forever. I refused to let some chick who would not tell me what education she possessed stick God knows what kind of drops in my already extremely painful eyes. I called Baylor hospital in Dallas instead and found a real doctor who waited late for me to UBER to his office. Nobody flies in from far away to see this guy in Carrolton. I deserve the best and I think everyone else does also.

Perhaps you are better off seeking someone else - in my opinion... Often, the facility is overbooked and it is common for appointments to run late.

Dr. Lee is super. He is patient and doesn't hurry you or have his hand on the door so he can run out! He takes time to listen and help.

Dr Lee is an all around excellent eye surgeon and a compassionate doctor, who will go extra miles to make sure that his patients feel comfortable and his diagnosis is accurate.

Waited 2 hours to see Dr. Lee just for 3 min talk. This is ridiculous. So many people were complaining both outside waiting room and inside waiting room. This was totally ridiculous. I've have seen him for almost a decade and will not see him anymore. I feel his view to medical seems changed to MONEY, only. That is BAD.

My 87 year old mother went to see him and has seen him several times. She told him she was seeing items in the grocery store on several visits that were 1/4 the size of the item. She said at first she thought it was just a fluke, then went down another isle and again, a box that normally is 12 inches high was maybe 3. She knew something was wrong. He response was...ready? "You must have been tired".
