Dr. Jorge E Alvarez, MD

I’ve been living in the U.S. for many years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a doctor with this level of care and professionalism. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. He truly makes you feel comfortable and cared for, which is so important. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. I feel very grateful and confident to be under his care.

I am patient of him for almost 10 years, Very knowledgeable, takes time to listen to your concerns, answer all your questions, and clear your doubts, he is warm and funny. His work ethic is patient first (very rare this days) so I am lucky to have a Doctor like him.

I’m impressed by the warm and professional nature of Dr. Alvarez. He listens, he explains, he honors my preferences, he uses testing and imaging to diagnose issues. I injusto was very hesitant to have a male OBGYN but Dr. Alvarez is stellar. Probably the best doctor I’ve had for this. Highly recommend! The biggest drawback is it’s confusing to find the office building the first time you visit. But once you do, just take the elevator to floor 2 and turn left. Parking is free and the office staff is professional, friendly, and happy. Very impressed.

Nice person. I found him neither thorough nor attentive. He also seems not to be up on the literature. Had mammo done there as well. No radiologist there to read and compare current to past. If additional screening needed - you get to go back. That's a first. Unimpressed with the quality of the practice. New to the area. Will continue the search.

I was referred to Dr. Alvarez by my GP after she found an abnormality during my yearly exam. The office staff was fabulous but Dr. Alvarez was a jerk. He was not a nice or caring. I would definitely not recommend him, though I have heard from others that the other ob/gyn in the office is fantastic.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Alvarez, would recommend him to anyone
