If your bored, want drugs, or just be irritated this guy's the way to go . I doubt he's a real doctor but your appointments will consist of him telling you how great he is lol

Just had my first visit with Dr Mirabelli and I really like how relaxed everything went. The office is undergoing changes so patience is a good thing. I’ve been been researching/learning holistic health for many years now and when the Dr talked about vitamin levels and their importance I was ecstatic. Have tried other pain management places which resulted in steroid injections which made everything worse. Not a fan of pills to bandaid pain. We are starting tests and look for the root cause so I won’t have to take medication. Tired of Drs either going one direction and doing stupid things that make the problem worse and then the other direction of pushing pills (it is very disturbing). Neither of which Dr Mirabelli is suggesting. Was treated with respect and dignity. Staff is wonderful. Recommended.

Dr. Mira Ellis is a very hands on specialist. Looks both at your physical and mental needs. Has kept me as pain free possible. Care’s for you personally.

No treatment, just he is pushing Pain pills. Patient went to another Doctor, and was told those medications were questionable..However, with right diagnosis and treatment with the new Doctor the results are way better.

He and the people of the practice are outstanding human beings. I would recommend him without hesitation, especially if you are at your wits' end. The medical industry is rather an embarrassment to the art of medicine but it still exists here. I would suggest you leave your "concepts" and ego at the door and listen. I was likely a difficult first visit but recognized competent commitment and they stuck with me.

After waiting for three hours he told me the only thing that would help me was marijuana. Unbelievable! I went to another neurologist yesterday and he gave me a variety of options we could try, none of which included marijuana.

Likes to push pills. Doesn’t like being questioned. Threatened patients spouse Very upset that primary care doctor ordered test

Most knowledgeable, compassionate, Dr. and staff I have had the luck to find in my 14 year, 3 state journey through Pain Management milieu. He and his ladies have been caring for my wife and I for the past 3 years and have never been happier with a caregiver.

He spends time listening to my health needs and he is not a med pusher at all I like he wants to get to the root of my issues instead of trying to cover them up. He is not practicing at Coastal Healthcare Partners in Palm Coast and the office staff is wonderful. I enjoy the fact I can get an appointment and speak to a real person. They are an A+ office.

I have been a pain management patient for over 12 years and in that time have lived in 4 states and been treated by 6 Dr's (4 located in hospital clinics). Dr Mirabelli takes the time to understand the root cause of the pain but goes a step further to learn about and treat the whole person. He takes all your medical history into account and doesn't just put a band aid on the problem. He is in it for the long haul and takes the time to listen, counsel and respond appropriately. He allows me and my wife (also a patient) to hold our heads up, feel good about ourselves, is not judgmental and does everything in his power to treat our pain in a way that improves our quality of life.
