Jose Diaz, MD, FACC

Dr. Jose Diaz is a cardiovascular disease specialist who brings over four decades of medical experience to his practice. He earned his medical degree from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and completed his residency training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in both anesthesiology and transitional year programs. As a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), Dr. Diaz has demonstrated exceptional expertise in heart and vascular care. He provides care in English for his patients.

Dr. Diaz practices at Baptist Heart & Vascular in San Antonio, Texas, where he focuses on comprehensive cardiovascular care. His clinical expertise includes treating heart rhythm disorders, managing weight-related cardiovascular concerns, and addressing blood disorders that affect heart health.
