I was told to find a new provider because the front office staff is inadequately trained on how to verify benefits. They blame the provider for a simple call that they cannot be bother to do to the insurance to verify my deductible. I visited this office many years ago and do not remember ever being mistreated the way I was today. I will not be returning and will not refer anybody to a place that treats patients in this manner. The person I spoke with was Mary Helen and think that she should be told to have better manners and not blame the provider for her lack in knowledge or just plain laziness.

My mother who is 88 years old has had 2 appointments with Dr. Diaz Pagan for a partial meniscus tear and at both visits, she had to wait 3 hours to be seen. On the 2nd visit, Dr. Diaz Pagan was visibly very bothered by questions asked--questions such as, "What options, other than surgery does my Mother have?" His response was, "Nothing. If she doesn't get surgery, she'll end up in a wheelchair". This response, after getting several opinions from several registered nurses, and 2 physicians was COMPLETELY inaccurate as this injury does NOT result in being in a wheelchair!! Plus, his method of speaking to her was very, VERY rude!! I would NOT recommend him at all.

I had a rotator cuff tear repaired and it went well. Dr Pagan does NOT give pain medication prescription after surgery.

I was happy with the Dr. The therapy was also very good. The staff lacks compassion and customer service skills (I taught Business and Customer Relations in the past) IMO Mary Ann and a few others are absolutely HORRIBLE from the client standpoint! I would never go back to and would never recommend you spend 1 cent there only because of her total lack of professionalism!

My knee splintered into many fragments due to osteoporosis and Dr Pagan put it back together as good as new.. It's now my stronger knee.
