Dr. Allen is not only a highly skilled orthopaedic surgeon, he is a warm, friendly human being for whose treatment I am very thankfull. He addressed my medical problems & issues with great professionalism and a caring attitude. His staff were likewise very attentive and professional. He understood exactly how my condition has created a life full of physical pain for me, & he addressed the situation in a thorough & competent manner. He is everything a patient can hope for in an orthopaedist and is in general just a great doctor~! Unlike so many in the medical fields, he genuinely cares about his patients, & is especially understanding of, & attentive to, his patient's physical pain & suffering. I very strongly recommend him~!

Dr. Allen has a great bedside manner, he's extremely thorough, and clearly explained/showed everything on the x-rays. The tech/nurse (whose name I didn't get) was amazing with my daughter. He was gentle when assembling her cast, even redoing it when he didn't feel it was right. He made sure it was perfect and comfortable (as comfortable as a cast can be!)

Dr. Joseph Allen is not just an excellent orthopaedist, he is a doctor who listens to his patient's concerns, life and illness history, and genuinely cares about finding the proper outcome for his patient. I had almost given up hope of finding a successful solution to the many serious complications stemming from my orthopaedic condition from which I've been suffering for almost 25 years now. Dr. Allen understood me, knew what I needed, and helped get me on track to where my suffering will be reduced, and my health thereby greatly improved. He genuinely cares for his patients, knows what each patient needs, and then does it. He is a very kind, caring doctor; and I don't know what I would've done without his kind help~!

Dr Allen and all of the staff were pleasant and attentive. I truly appreciate them being open and helping relieve my pain which has been going on for a year now. Great attitude and demeanor from everyone there. Thank you all for putting yourselves at risk to help those in need ?
