I never post reviews but this man does not care about a word you say. Just pushes super invasive tests. When asking basic questions he blows them off. I got a 2nd opinion elsewhere and he felt the tests I needed were not necessary to my symptoms. The other doctor said most of his patients are 2nd opinions from this group because of the lack of respect and care they get. Dr greco, go back to the oath you took when you graduated, treat and help people. You clearly only cared about how much money you could make off me and couldn't even answer the most basic urology questions

Waited nearly an hour to see him and he was in and out of the appointment in under five minutes flat. He didn't address serious health concerns, nor did offer any suggestions for prevention or treatment. Will have to visit another MD to get proper care.

Last May, I was diagnosed with a very large kidney stone which had to be removed via surgery. Dr. Greco's diagnosis, patience, guidance and personal care walked me through a very difficult operation and recovery. I would want him given the highest grade possible for whatever rating(s) there may be.

Went in on referral from my primary after glitch on urinalysis..took less than 24 hours to get in with specialist, red flag, rushed me into office, and dr came in and after exchanging initial nice to meet yous, told me I had to have 2 tests, 1 invasive and a cat scan.. I tried to tell him I had no real symptoms of bladder issues and he just smiled and chuckled and said he didn’t think this was going to be anything.. Red flag.. test day came and my inner voice said this was not a good idea, but went through with procedure done in the most uncaring rough and painful manner.. it has been more than a week and I am still not feeling well from this unnecessary test.. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone... red flags pop up for a reason.

after a test for cancer, I was out of town and after numerous calls he never did returned any of them. I wouldn't recommend him at all.

I met with this physician for the first time and found him to be nice, but totally uninterested in my needs as a patient. The whole WNY Urology Associates experience was like being a cog in a huge machine. I'm a healthcare professional myself, so I realize how important efficiency is, however, this place took it to a whole new level. Everyone was very prompt and nice, but I saw 5 different people in 20 minutes. I spent the most time with the lovely lady who does scheduling at the end of my appointment. As for the MD, he came in and shook my hand, which was great, but within 2 minutes he was talking about expensive, scary tests that would require time off from work and an expensive copay. He took no time to learn about me or what symptoms I was having. I realize some tests are necessary, but at least sit down with me for 10 minutes and let's talk about what is going on. I know MD's are busy and I respect that, but he breezed in and out so fast that I had no idea what was going… on. I am a smart, professional 40 year old woman who is not easily intimidated and I was overwhelmed. I can't imagine how an elderly patient or someone who was already scared would feel. Note to the practice...I would have waited an hour for the MD if he would have taken 15 minutes to get to know me. I was totally turned off and I will not go back.

Dr Greco is one of the most outstanding urologist we've ever used. He's very knowledgeable, kind and experienced. Of course, because he is outstanding, he can't spend as much time as he used to but he is very thorough and competent.

Assembly line process. Didn't give antibiotic after scope. Got infection, then gave wrong antibiotic.
