Dr Wilson is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained my issue in terms I would understand and listened to everything I had to say. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Wilson has been excellent throughout the process of my shoulder joint replacement. Initially, he helped me with getting to a proper diagnosis, followed by some pain relief and helpful exercises. He was patient and informative with me as we figured out an ultimate action plan... surgery which ended up being inevitable. In his care, I built up a high level of respect for him because of his knowledge and kindness. He is passionate about his work and that helped me have the confidence in his ability to do a great job on my shoulder. Because I am an engineer, I tend to be focused on details of how things work. He was straight and accurate about describing the whole process. Of course, I did my own research and found that he was spot on with what he was telling me. I am happy to say that the surgery went great. And, the hospital, NC Specialty was top notch. My PT went better than expected, because of both the care that I received from the EmergeOrtho therapists and how well I … followed their home assignments. The follow-ups that I had with Dr. Wilson were reassuring that all was well and that my recovery was the best that it could possibly be. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson to do anyone's shoulder surgery because I trusted him with mine and the results have been perfect. Dr Wilson has cared enough to figure out what was wrong with my shoulder. He has stood by his work and cared about me after the surgery. He has fixed my shoulder after two other doctors had tried and failed. He will treat you like a brother. His staff is excellent!
