Horrible office to go to. Staff is unwilling to help. Appointment times are not what they are told to you. You are lucky if you get into the office within an hour of your actual appointment times. Had them cancel allergy appointment due to "family emergency" rescheduled for the next week and got the same reply. Asked if they could move to another office or if they could reschedule and was met with hostility and being put on hold for excessive amount of time. Mary was the worst to deal with.

Excellent professional and human being

Not very communicative. Every visit resulted in 2.5 hour over scheduled appointment time. Getting appointment was difficult to begin with. Why did I come again? Didn't want to change doctors in the middle of treatment and wasn't sure if the insurance would cover if another specialist repeated tests.
