Dr. Kalee Ann Ahlin, MD

She’s the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. No bedside manners, no compassion. She’s horrible. Don’t see her, you will be looking for another doctor as soon as you leave her office. I will never return to her again. She doesn’t show an ounce of care. She’s just there for a paycheck. Google her and read those reviews about her, not a single good one! That should’ve been the first red flag for me, but I took the risk of going to see her, what a mistake that was! I couldn’t imagine being pregnant and in her care. I’d fear for my health and my baby’s health!

I have seen Dr. Ahlin several times, and have had very good experiences so far. She listens to all of my questions and I never feel rushed out of the office. While it's true her exams are not the most gentile, I feel that she does an excellent job. I would personally rather see a doctor who has great physical exam skills and is very thorough, rather than someone who does a partial or half-hearted exam in an effort to keep me more comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend a friend or family member to see her. Only complaint is that it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment for a regular yearly exam. I've never had to schedule an emergency appointment, so I cant comment on how difficult that is.

My experience with this doctor was one of the worst I have ever had with Loyola. We all know a trip to the gynecologist isn't the most comfortable, but Dr. Ahlin made it all the more unpleasant. She was unhelpful, condescending, and not friendly in the slightest. She also is not gentle, and I felt rather violated after my appointment. Needless to say I will not be booking with her again.

She isn't very helpful and seems to give general answers to questions, answers that can just be found online. Nurses aren't very nice or friendly. Very hard to schedule an appointment or call with questions. I do not look forward to seeing her.
