Dr. Karen Maria Karwa, MD

Dr. Karwa is an excellent physician and has a good bedside manner. I presented with a complex combination of symptoms including short term memory loss, fine motor problems with difficulty tying my shoes and tying a tie and with marked deterioration of my handwriting. She has prescribed medications which have greatly improved symptoms and my quality of life and I thank her for that.

I have been seeing Dr. Karwa off and on for over a year now through national Jewish. She is a very organized and thorough Dr., who listens to "hear" patients concerns and symptoms as we want; Unlike others who only await to respond and shrug them off. Dr. Karwa always responds to my concerns professionally. Dr. Karwa walks you through options and treatments and follow up. I was recently diagnosed with Non-length dependent small fiber Neuropathy and was fully prepared for this diagnosis and what treatment options were available to me. I highly recommend Dr. Karwa and will continue seeing her for treatment, as I fully Trust her with my life!

She didn't listen to my history, asked me the same question about 5 times because she had decided what was wrong before even examining me and I didn't answer her questions correctly to correspond with her pre determined diagnosis.
