I called yesterday hoping to get an appointment and was so surprised to be able to see her today. Dr. Simon is so easy to communicate with and I felt instantly relieved with her knowledge and caring personality. I would highly recommend her.

I appreciated the information that Dr Simon provided me with regarding the new treatment for hemorrhoids. She was very helpful and was going to give me her assistant‘s extension but I guess she might have forgotten because I didn’t get it this morning. Would appreciate receiving it. I really like Dr. Simon. She She is friendly, professional, informative, and set me at ease. My experience with all the office staff was equally positive. I will recommend Dr. Simon to my family and anyone seeking a GI specialist.

Since this office got this new service to answer their calls and make appointments it has been very difficult to make an appt from you can’t been seen for 6 months and they can’t make the appt you have to call back and then their already booked again.left a message to have nurse or Dr call me back. They never got the message Dr Simon always calls back the only reason I’m staying with this office is because cause Dr Simon She is the best Dr I have found and yes she listens to you and allow you to also have input
