Dr. Karin Romp, MFT

Karin Romp is the best therapist I have ever had. I've been with her for a few years now because of the immense healing and self-growth I've experienced. I finally found someone who is honest, direct yet empathetic, who listens, is solution-oriented and is a huge advocate for my well-being. She has encouraged and cheered me on as I changed the behaviors that were negatively effecting my life. I cannot express how far I have come and how good I feel in every area of my life now. I feel empowered, my self-esteem is continually growing; and the painful situations that left me feeling trauma are no longer having power over me. I highly recommend Karin Romp as she has helped me with issues from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues and PTSD. You'll need to do the work on yourself and continue going to sessions in order to see growth - but I believe she will lead you safely down the road of recovery and healing.

Very compassionate, caring, good listener. I got the impression a lot of her wisdom came from real life experience and not just her schooling. I'm mystified by the negative comments as I didn't experience any thing like that, but then, I was very motivated to get better, and she was the best therapist for that since she is solution focused

There is not enough words to describe how wonderful Karen is. I first saw her in 2001 after my first baby. She has helped me and my family in so many ways. When my husband and I were on the brink of divorce, she helped us find our way back and put us on the right path as husband and wife. She doesn't take sides. When there was a death in the family, she was there to help the kids understand and talk thru their feelings. I refer everyone to her. She has helped so many of our friends.

She was very helpful and compassionate. She has a lot of experience with employees being bullied by employers and is not only a good listener but offers viable solutions and helpful ideas to cope with stress placed upon hard working people that unfortunately work for toxic managers.
