Dr. Karroll Lynette Payne, MD

This lady does not care about her patients. If I could give negative stars I would. If you value your health and your baby’s health find another provider. The first two visits I had were fine then right before my third visit she cancelled and said she would call me tomorrow to reschedule. Tomorrow turned into 3 weeks and I had not heard from her about rescheduling my appointment. This is my first time being pregnant and the neglect and no response has been atrocious. How can you as a doctor ghost your patient and not try to contact them and let them know what is going on? I called, I texted, I left voicemails and finally I went back up to her office, which is not close to me at all, only to find out that that’s not even her office and she only has rooms there and the office truly belongs to another practicing Doctor. So I finally found another legit doctor that is affiliated with a hospital and has a credible team only to be told I need my medical records from Dr. Payne in order to be… seen. I called and texted her begging and pleading to send my medical records to my new doctor and when I finally got hold of her she assured me she sent them, which she never did and they never got them. So I kept calling her and she did not pick up but she texted me she sent them and that’s was not what I had been informed. So I was able to get her on the phone after the 20th call and she said she would email me within 15mins...15mins have come and gone and I’m still waiting on my medical records. I say all this to say I never leave reviews but I feel it is my duty to warn all expectant mothers out there DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. SHE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT AND SHE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT YOUR UNBORN CHILD. This is the last thing I expected to be going through during a pandemic. She seemed so nice my first two visits but when it came down to it she ghosted me and never provided any solid reason for her behavior (not that any behavior could justify her actions and unprofessionalism). Long story short future mom’s reading this do what’s best for you and your baby but I can guarantee you it is not Dr. Karroll Payne.

I really enjoyed my OBGYN visit. This was my first visit with Dr Payne and I could not have found a better Doctor.

I am a new patient with Dr. PayneMcGregor, today actually and I loved her!! I could tell already that she's awesome. She's knowledgeable, smooth, caring and genuine. She's exactly what I have been looking for in an OBGYN doctor. I'm so glad I found her : )...As for her staff they're great too, except for the Caucasian receptionist. She acted like she didn't want to be there or interact with ANYONE. Other then her, two thumbs up!!!

Dr. Payne is a wonderful doctor! She seems very cheerful every time I see her. She is very nice and listens and answers all my questions patiently. I don't feel rushed here at all. The nurses at this practice are extremly nice and helpful.
