Dr. Karyn B Ginsberg, MD

I saw Dr. Ginsberg because my child's regular pediatrician was away. She is very rushed, opinionated, and arrogant. She does not listen to your concerns and is a know it all. She has no warmth about her. I am shocked she works with children as she seems put off by them. She does not engage with them or try to put them at ease. I would rather wait for my regular pediatrician than see her again.

She’s rude, incompetent and unprofessional. My sons both go to a good pediatrician at the office where she practices. Not sure why they keep her there. She’s incompetent and dismissive. We only saw her because our regular was out and we needed a prescription. Huge mistake! She was rushed, disinterested and misdiagnosed our issues. We went to a specialist later that same day To get correct diagnosis. Long story short. She diagnosed a simple mouth fungus as herpes. It didn’t resemble herpes but she wouldn’t even listen. We saw a dermatologist that day and the anti-fungal cream did the trick. The dermatologist was shocked that she diagnosed it as herpes.

We had no option other than Ginsberg as we were clients at Lennox Hill hospital. If there is any alternate option i would ask it out as she is incredibly rushed and rude and as other reviews say its her way or the highway. Not worth visiting her

Dr. Ginsberg is impatient with questions about treatment options. She offers little explanation and no discussion. When asked about other options, she becomes condescending. Her way or the highway. I chose the highway and found much better care with another endocrinologist.

Dr. Ginsberg is an excellent,very competent pediatrician. She takes the time to make an accurate and thorough diagnosis. She is pretty straightforward but always very nice and warm to our son. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Ginsberg has been for many years a most reliable, most caring, most trustworthy doctor for our daughter. She is not alarmist, understands when a problem is serious and most capable of communicating with children, young girls as well as teenagers. I highly recommend her!

not a great experience. She doesn't listen and interrupts you seems like she is in a hurry. Diagnosis was incorrect after I had 2 other opinions.

When I see Dr. Ginsberg, I often feel rushed and dismissed. She is often accurate with her diagnosis but her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. She is very direct and somewhat crass. Nonetheless, she appears to be very knowledgeable about pediactric medicine and for this reason, I continue to see her.

Would not recommend this physician to anyone.
