Katherine Zane, PhD

Katherine Zane, PhD, is a clinical neuropsychologist specializing in the assessment of cognitive, behavioral and emotional changes related to neurodegenerative disorders (e.g., Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson's disease, Lewy body dementia), stroke, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy and brain tumors. Dr. Zane takes a whole-person approach to care that is warm and individualized. Recognizing the often stressful and intimidating nature of a clinical neuropsychological assessment, she strives to provide a calm, supportive and welcoming environment that helps patients and families feel at ease and heard.Dr. Zane is a member of the International Neuropsychological Society and American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology. Believing an interdisciplinary approach is most helpful to patient care, she looks forward to developing strong working relationships and collaborating with others.Away from work, Dr. Zane enjoys spending quality time with friends …and family, listening to live music, and getting outdoors to hike and camp. New to Washington, she is excited to explore the Pacific Northwest and all it has to offer.
