Love Dr Henry and her staff - anytime I had an urgent request they put me in right away no questions asked! Totally efficient! She asks about my hubby and my daughter and takes everything into perspective. I would not change for the world! I travel 40 mins just to see her!

There is something really wrong with this woman. If I go into specifics, then she will know who I am, but lets just say....she has issues. I hate getting personal in these kinds of reviews, but I feel its necessary in order to get an accurate picture of the situation. The office is new and clean, the nurses and staff seem competent and helpful. But Dr. Henry is clearly working thru some personal things and is bringing it into the office with her. I always feel uncomfortable with her. Desperately looking for another doctor!

I agree with all of the other poor reviews. I've been putting up with bad service here for about 3 years and it's time for me to move on. On a few occasions they canceled my appointments the night before or the week before for emergency reasons . Average wait time in the lobby is typically 45 minutes, plus another 30 minute wait in the exam room. Can typically expect to be there for more than 2 hours (mostly waiting).

Absolutely horrible. After going there for some years, my diagnosis was by the doctor asking a couple of questions and just wrote a scrip. Dyer no change called back 3 tImes with no reponse. Then on Saturday called the answer service who after waiting all day said the doctor will not call me back k. Then went to pay for my bill, describing my service which I was then asked by Pam if I was calling her a liar. She also later said I was not called back as they had the wrong number. This place can not be trusted

Love dr Henry, but don't love waiting around 45 min to 1+ for my appointment. Average appointment is around 2 hours The office staff needs to firm up their procedures. Accurately record patient details. Also need education to call patients if the office is closed due to an emergency. It's not acceptable to have patience show up just to tell them, sorry, we are actually closed. Notice on the door is not acceptable. We are in 2014 and there are many ways of communications - email, phone call, text message. Assume most patience are in a fulltime job and need to ask permission to take time off for an appointment in the week.

Dr Henry is fine and we have been using her for year. since going the the new office if you have a allergic reaction to medication they will get back to you in a few days - maybe. If you need a prescription filled that will take at least 5 request and it might happen. Been using them for over 10 years and it is time to move on. Was not feeling well this am and was told she could see me next week. Pathetic

I would not send my dog to see this woman!
