Terrible, unskilled, incompetent, lazy, and a Jekel and Hyde personality which is dangerous to patient’s wellbeing and care. Stay away!!!

I saw Dr. Kelle' Bolden for the first time a couple of months ago. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly, professional personnel. The office is clean, well organized, spacious and very comfortable. I found Dr. Bolden to be more thorough and caring than any doctor I've seen in my 50+ years of living on the peninsula. She was very friendly, genuinely concerned about my issues, asked many questions, ordered blood work that had NEVER been done before and seemed determined to get to the root of my problems. She did not seem rushed, but took her time with questions, answers and the exam. I felt very comfortable with her.....like I had known her for a long time. I am very pleased to have found a doctor that seems genuinely concerned about the patient and not in a hurry to 'catch up' and get back on schedule!! Thank you Dr. Bolden and staff for making this patient feel confident that I have finally come to the right place and the right doctor. I have told many people… about my very pleasant experience with Dr. Bolden and Sentara Internal Medicine.

My first visit was today. So glad I picked this wonderful doctor. The whole office staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Bolden made me feel very comfortable. Her bedside manner was off the charts wonderful as well as her medical knowledge. I highly recommend her. Betsy Russell
