Dr. Kendal Lance Stewart, MD

I traveled across the country to see Dr Stewart. At my initial appt, I spent a lot of time glazed over and overwhelmed as his NP reviewed my genetic testing and made recommendations for two pages of meds and supplements. He came in…saw me less than 10 minutes and said take these 5 supplements/meds and you’ll be better in 2 weeks. After a year, I’ve kept every follow up appt with the NP via telepractice and spent an embarrassing amount of $ on supplements and medications. I have seen zero improvement in my chronic condition and am disappointed. I would proceed with caution if considering an appt with this office.

Please do not risk your health here. When you are desperate, you'll look past a myriad of red flags, which is what I did, and it's severely cost me my health. As other reviewers have stated, Dr. Stewart uses a "one size fits all" methodology and IF you're randomly lucky it may help, or in many cases like mine it's made things so much worse. The first appointment, as also relayed in other reviews, will end up costing you near $1,000 and get you a "razzle dazzle" show of a printed deck that he will go through ridiculously fast- its meant to impress you but also leave you feeling overwhelmed and unable to really ask questions. Then you'll get several of his brand labels and pay for genetic testing. I should have left after that appt and never gone back. I took time to fill out the intake form which I realized later no one had ever looked at or read, because I said in it I have severe auto immune issues... At my first visit I was given a Glutathione IV and told, "and we'll give you… a shot to help you feel better that will stay in your system a few weeks" - sounded great, but I found out later it was 60mg of a corticosteroid which tanks your immune system (my GP couldn't believe anyone would give 60mg of corticosteroid injections to someone with immune issues). I started seeing healthy fat and muscle wasting and went back for another appt concerned, where he said they'd give me another shot adding the same line he'd given me the first time, "give me a few weeks and I'll have you feeling great " along with the story of a little girl he allegedly did miracles for. Again, I wish I'd never gone that day. The 2nd corticosteroid shot rapidly escalated the muscle and healthy fat deterioration- I called and emailed in a panic repeatedly- the response being they'd be glad to see me again (for another $250 appt). After begging for help in emails they sent over a $7,000 prescription for Human Growth Hormone, saying with a coupon it would be $2,000. There was no coupon and even if so I couldn't have afforded it and had completely lost all trust by that point- my Dr also couldn't believe they'd prescribe that to me. I had to research on my own after the fact to find out it was a heavy dose of corticosteroids that they'd injected me with TWICE. It was never discussed or mentioned, just "a shot to help you feel better." I confirmed this when my medical records were finally released to my Neurologist after having gone in to Stewart's office and filled out the release forms months prior (no action taken on their part after to release as they legally were required to) and after it then took my Neurologist directly having to make 4 calls to them over several weeks to finally get the records released. Huge red flag in this, and also that his office manager told me on the phone they "never just release records", they have to get his notes, type them up and have him review and approve them first. Your medical records legally belong to you, that he has to review and approve them is a huge red flag. Also on the release form there are 3 boxes to check asking why you want the records: for yourself, for another Dr, or for Legal Action... The staff is another big red flag- they seem unfocused, confused and not of the caliber you'd find in a normal Dr's office. They are curt at best and mostly apathetic and unresponsive. No one really seems to know what's going on there, or have a solid protocol in place. Since that 2nd shot they gave me, I've lost over 40# of muscle and healthy fat as my severely flared auto-immune system continues to attack my own body. When I mention Stewart's name to the Dr's and Specialists I go to now explaining my situation and trying to stop the damage from continuing, they immediately give me a knowing and concerned face and say he had a reputation "back in the day" but now only seems to cause more harm than good to people. Please don't make the mistake I did- see the red flags, read the other 1-star reviews on Google and other sites thoroughly, and find a true Doctor.

Dr. Stewart’s started helping my son you have ADHD and ODD six years ago it wasn’t dramatic Change it first I see him now as a 16 year old he’s thriving confident and doesn’t show any symptoms of ADHD and we could not it had this without Dr. Stewart he’s such a blessing to our family and I know many others who shared us their story

He'll promise to cure your autistic child, but he really just sells products from his own company. Never trust a doctor who doesn't like to involve the insurance company.

I love Dr Stewart, he has helped me so much with my fatigue and getting me back on my feet. I was tired of running to doctors They all made me feel crazy until I Met Dr Stewart... I will never forget his words... he said you will get better! And he helped me I had horrible pain in my neck it took some time but my chronic neck pain is gone and I’m feeling so much better. Don’t know where I would be without him. If you are dealing with a bunch of stuff no one has answers to Go to him he will point you in right direction.

I should know that he is a quack because of his behavior. He walked into the room with his standard "presentation slides" and without having seen me before or examining me he made his diagnosis. He prescribed medication that proved to be wrong and, of course, he pushed HID Biologixs supplements. He spoke for 90 minutes and he would not listen to anything I had to say. The subsequent support from his office staff is extremely poor, when asked specific questions they give general, useless answers. I see that some people swear by him. People are desperate and they will believe anything. Based on my experience, I would advise to STAY AWAY FROM HIM.

Dr. Stewart is an antivax quack who promotes expensive and useless treatments such as chelation. A huge red flag is that he sells his own supplements at a huge markup.

I am almost 73 years and have been seeing Dr. Stewart over 3 years now. I could talk all day about Dr. Stewart but the only negative is I wish I could see him more often. The reason I cannot is because he is busy giving 1000's of others a quality of life, if they stay with him long enough. Yes, thank God, he is different, he cures. NEVER, has he ever PUSHED any of his product on me. I researched his product Neurobiolix and CHOSE to purchase them; they are the BEST. Thank you Dr. Stewart and God continue to bless you with your medical wisdom and your uncanny ability as a chemist. I can tell from the negative remarks that those people never gave you a chance to help them. They have no idea what they missed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stewart for about 6 months but every time he is late. His front desk staff is incredibly careless and nonchalant about it. We had our first appointment a few months back and had to wait over an hour past our appointment time. I figured that maybe it was due to us being new patients so I was pretty forgiving. Today, our appointment was at 2:30. We arrived at 2:25 and signed in. About 30-40 past our appointment time, I went to reception to see how much longer it was going to be. I have an autistic son that was climbing the walls and I just wanted to know when the light at the end of the tunnel was going to be. The 2 receptionists, who had their mouths full of candy while they talked to me, let me know that they have no way of controlling how late he is and that there were no less than 2 patients in front of me waiting to be seen not including the one he was currently in with. When I pointed out that it was ridiculous, the response was cold. "There's nothing… we can do about it. Come back another time." M'kay, so I have worked in a doctor's office as a receptionist before and I've never seen it where reception doesn't call a patient whose appt. is obviously going to be delayed by a considerable amount of time. We drive an hour and a half to see him and just to be turned away was maddening. Reception wasn't even sorry. They were so rude. As for Dr. Stewart, I have no complaints aside from being consistently late and the rude staff.

Our son has been seeing Dr Stewart for over 5 years now and he has been instrumental in helping our son recover as much as he has in that time. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
