Wrong diagnosis of daughter

I only saw Dr. Chao once he was not able to help with brachytherapy due to a previous procedure, however i found him to very professional. Dr Chao took the time to show me my mri and explained in detail what my situation was and gave me other options.

Office is reasonably clean. Doctor tries to do right by his patients without the typical arrogance of other MDs. Many other Castle Connely doctors, blinded by their own hubris make arrigantlyy snap decisions without a thorough diagnosis.

Makes a sincere effort to examine and diagnose patients. He listens and is not arrogant.

I think Dr. Chao was very Pleasant, he answered my questions and was very patient since I was nervou. The office was clean and his staff was very nice. I didn't think my doctor would send me a dirty and nasty office.

His diagnosis was correct. He knows his material and he gets the job done. The offices need refurbishing but the bathroom is very clean which tells you something about the managed care.

This office, as others stated was very dirty, unkempt, old and outdated. The wait is unbelievably long and the office staff is incompetent and nasty. An appointment at 1;00? be prepared to see the doctor no earlier than 3:00. While waiting I heard numerous people complain about the redundant forms they are asked to fill out upon each visit. They need to spend the money and hire a highly qualified office manager to run that place more efficiently. The wait is at least three hours and when you do finally see the doctor he examines you on a table in his office. Dr. Chao might be an expert but he is not worth the wait or the time dealing with his rude, slow and incompetent staff. Do your research; find better

This Doctor Chao is extremely ignorant and VERY unprofessional. His bedside manner is a disgrace and the office is Filthy! I would NEVER go back to that dirty office with such a low class doctor who shows absolutely no level of intelligence whatsoever. Terrible waste of anyone's time, effort, and if you're suffering from any type of pain, as well as neurological disorders this is just not an appropriate place for you! there are plenty of much better Neurologists out there, don't even waste your time with "Dr. Chao", because he wouldn't waste his time treating you correctly! Extremely Horrible Doctor!
