Dr. Kenneth Michael Kozlow, MD

I have needed minimal care after my fall. Dr. Follow made sure to offer physical therapy if I find Im not continuing to progress. That was unexpected and delightful to see he cared about my future after leaving his care. Also he made sure I made an appointment for osteoporosis.Little things matter, he actually cares. My appointment was quick, no waiting, but I never felt rushed out. Again, the little things. Thank you Dr. Follow for caring about people, it's nice to not feel like cattle being rushed through the door.

Dr Kozlow seems to be a very nice person however, I feel that he only categorized myself and my injuries with others in my age group. Somewhat understandably, some doctors may just think that every patient of the same age will be Quite similar. He did not seem to ask or care about my lifestyle and the fact that I am extremely healthy and very extremely physical for my age, (or any age as far as that goes) I have A very highly physical job that even people who are a third of my age have a hard time dealing with. I was not happy that his answer to everything that I have going on was age related because I think it is BS. I am much healthier than anyone of my age that I’ve ever known and in better shape. I have talked to other doctors because of what I have going on and they all agreed that what I have needs medical attention and it is not age related. I guess when I left Dr. Kozlow‘s office, I was a bit disappointed.I felt as if I was not being listened to, and it did not matter on the… treatment that I did or did not want.

Growing older can be awful but not if you utilize the OAM excellent teams! I am forever grateful for Dr. Kozlows team. They helped me with my compressed disc in my neck making my shoulder and arm so painful, they coached me thru the anxieties of having a necessary surgery. I learned not listening and taking care of your body is the WORSE way to cope with aging. From the minute I woke after surgery I wished I wouldn’t have waited so long. Life is hard but it doesn’t have to hurt because in West Michigan we have this nice little GEM of OAM!

Dr. Kozlow and Mr. Miller, PAC These gentlemen are exemplary medical professionals who respectfully share their skills to help those in need. May their patients appreciate Dr. Kozlow and Mr. Miller, PAC dedication to the well-being of others. Hopefully Dr. Kozlow and Mr. Miller, PAC families will safely enjoy their life’s journeys. Ed

Had a very good appointment with Dr. Kozlow and his PA. They seemed very patient and listened to my concerns And prescribed a plan for my welfare. They, as well as everyone in the office were very professional and polite.

Not only did he say he could relieve me of the numbness going down my leg. He also eliminated my sore and aching back that I had to have facet injections in my back every two to three months. I also had to take Norco's everyday for six years. Six weeks post opt I'm not taking anything for pain! I'm so greatful for the relief!
