Kenneth Kummerfeld, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Kummerfeld for ten years. He is and always been sensitive to my needs and takes that extra special time to insure I have a clear understanding of any issues I might have. His bedside manner is the BEST I have ever encountered in my 70 years. I can't say enough good about him and his reputation in our local community says it all.

Not sure if I just have had bad luck with Dr. Kummerfeld but my experience has not been good. First visit 3pm Appt. Waited over an hour before seeing him. We spoke about 15 minutes and then he said he was setting up a stress test. Stress test was arranged and performed. I questioned how long before would here from Dr. and they said 24-48 hours. It has been 1 1/2 days since I took the stress test and have not heard anything yet. I was referred to Dr. Kummerfeld because of the results of a Cardio Calcium Scan. My score was 5090 when scale they provided stopped at 400. Also, have family history of heart attacks which all Drs. are aware. Needless to say I am concerned. I am going elsewhere when able to make smooth transition.

Oh my goodness! This physician listens! He relieved my anxiety so quickly. I sensed he cared. He was thorough and answered my questions. He ordered labs needed by another physician to facilitate my treatment and to remove the additional stress of trying to get that done. I left feeling very confident that I had made the right choice in choosing this cardiologist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kummerfeld's for 3 years, I'm 55 years old, his bedside manner has been exceptional. He is understanding and compassionate about the health of his patients now and in the future. No doubt one of TMF best cardiologist I believe! He is extremely knowledgeable and communicates very well, his staff is definitely top notch, prompt and courteous. I tell everyone who may be in need of a cardiologist about him. My wife and I are very, very pleased with Dr. Kummerfeld. Looking forward to my follow up appointment in October.
