Dr. Kester J Nedd, DO

He does not have any respect for the patiences our appointment was at 8 am we saw the Dr at 1 pm . He did not care about the schedule and he told us basically that he is a good Dr and thats the way it is. He never had the education to apologies, you can be the best Doctor but you have to have respect and consideration for your patiences. This was my second visit the first one my appointment was at 2 pm and my daughter was seen at 7pm we left around 8:30 pm.

The first experience we had with him was outstanding. He is not covered by my insurance, so I had to pay $500, but I felt like it was well spent because he was extremely thorough. My daughter was very comfortable with him and he definitely knew his stuff! We left very happy we drove an hour to see him. When we got to the pharmacy they could not find our prescriptions. They had mispelled her name. A couple hours later they re-did it. Not his fault, but definitely annoying. Today when we went back for our follow up, a 2:30 appointment, we arrived at 2. Around 3:45 I asked the lady how much longer it would be as my kids were restless. She said 2-3 more hours. We left. When we were about five minutes away, she called me and said we were next. We raced back and sat in an exam room with two student doctors. One was obviously training the others. They were both very nice. I asked her to verify that we were next as we were told it would be 2-3 hours twenty minutes ago. She told me it… would be 10-15 minutes... Well after small talk with the student doctor for 45 minutes, we were told by the one student doctors that she forgot that he had a meeting and it would be a few more hours!!! How inconsiderate! I wish I was told how behind they were walking in. I can't believe I wasted a whole day! If you can't get the first appointment of the day, don't bother!

Be ready to wait, but Dr Ned is worth it, he will take as much time as he needs and is very thorough. His diagnosis was correct after visiting 3 other Neurologists. I strongly recommend him.

He intentionally misdiagnosed with motor neuron disease.He intentionally frauds you stay away from him he will intentionally fraud you.He exam and found motor neuron disease and myopathy despite years of negative neurological findings.After had exam and test repeated and it was negative.Everyone says he intentionally misdiagnosed me.Stay away from him he will waste your money and time

My experience with Dr. Nedd has been awonderful one. He is a gentleman, compassionate, kind, an extraordinary professional and human being. For him to be a physician is a vocation. I will always be greatful of his services. The staff is caring, compassionate and they call you by your name. Your are treated as a human being in this office. Thank you!!

Dr. Nedd was not profesional at all. We travel for an appointment for 2 weeks to Miami, and he planned a trip and left us without an answer of our exams. Neither he gave us an option of another neurology. I would never recommended Dr. Nedd.

Initial examination was very comprehensive, detailed and better than any neurologist examination I have ever seen. Excellent bed side manners, so compassionate, nice to talk to. Seems like a great family man. He LISTENS to what you have to say and explains everything in detail. Examination took about 2 hours, well worth the wait. Looked at MRI images and saw things not on report, diagnosing the problem when other neurologists did not. I am hoping he is going to be my daughter's "guardian angel". Answering his "non'urgent phone calls like someone mentioned was OK with us; made him seem more normal and a better person attending to people's needs, and that did not take time away from us. Looking forward to our next visit!

Dr. Nedd is a decent diagnostician but he regularly schedules his appointments in a way that leaves patients waiting for hours and he never apologizes. He will also answer nonurgent phone calls during appointments and remain on the phone for upwards of 10 minutes. Dr. Nedd sometimes confuses his patients with one another and becomes agitated when you attempt to correct him.
