Dr. Kevin Garry Galstyan, MD

I absolutely do not recommend OB-GYN Kevin Galstyan. Throughout my pregnancy, most of my appointments were handled by different nurses, and Dr. Galstyan himself rarely showed up. He constantly rescheduled or canceled my visits, sometimes multiple times. On the day I went into labor, things became even worse. I had complications and needed my doctor, but Kevin Galstyan simply did not come in the evening because his shift was over. He was resting at home while I spent the entire night struggling and in pain. He finally arrived the next day around 11 AM and performed the C-section. The result is the worst scar I have ever seen — large, crooked, uneven, as if it was done by someone with no surgical skill at all. After the surgery, I never saw Dr. Galstyan again. No follow-up, no care, nothing. I do not recommend Glendale Memorial Hospital, and I strongly advise you to avoid Kevin Galstyan. If he is assigned to you — change immediately. Please don’t repeat my mistakes.

Do not recommend this doctor to any women! The doctor seems more concerned about getting to his next patient without addressing my concerns or questions regarding my pregnancy and health. This was my first pregnancy and I would never choose this place or recommend this doctor to anyone. I should also mention that during my last visit when I asked the the doctor questions he brushed me off in a rude demeanor by saying “ Don’t argue with me and go to the hospital” as he walked out of the room. I walked out of that office and never looked back. I went to a different doctor. Moreover, after changing my doctor I obtained my medical records and discovered that he falsified information to make his case of labeling me as a “high risk pregnancy”. I’m a healthy 26 year old with my first pregnancy. No pregnant women should endure this kind of unprofessional and unethical obgyn. I filed a grievance with my health care provider after my last visit about this doctor and my experience. I will make… sure to post about my experience using all outlets and platforms to inform other mothers to be. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did. I would give ZERO star but the system doesn’t allow.

I am grateful to fate that Dr. Galstyan became my gynecologist.  After not having a baby for 7 years, there is no need to describe what could have been the right and literate doctor for us.  During the first months of my pregnancy, he literally did a wonderful job and managed my whole pregnancy with his light hand.  Always positive, a smile on his face, a light and positive person.  What else does a pregnant woman need for a quiet pregnancy?  And his professionalism finally grew during the birth. Indescribably easy delivery. His staff is no less friendly and literate.  We thank Dr. Kevin Galstyan for giving us our miracle. I can confidently advise you to choose him as your pregnancy doctor.

Best OBGYN I ever had. Being pregnant doesn’t always Give you a happy ending. But having a doctor and trusting him to put his 100% in your future is most important. With the help of Dr. G I had 2 amazing healthy Baby’s. & a devastating miscarriage but he gave me 100% emotional, physical support. Which gave me the power to not feel down and try next month. He Provided me the best care possible. And as a random patient to him he treated me like I was a VIP patient which I noticed the bond he keeps with all his patients he remembers everyone by names waves hello from behind the desks into the waiting room. He is not a newbe it has a million patients he is soo busy. So if you see a review that’s not 5star just know a million people r writing reviews not just 10.

He couldn't hear the heartbeat of baby in 23 weeks and diagnosed to abort it - in reality because of fibroid the heartbeat couldnt be heard. Even until now he doesn't know. he has shortage of talking and never is not letting one to ask any question. He is a mind manipulator and is doing the way to forget to ask questions.

He does not even deserve 1 star! He is very rude and inconsiderate of patients needs or feelings! Collecting my medical records and going elsewhere, he is not worth my time or patience. No one should be treated the way he treats people.

He has to learn how to treat his patients and show respect for them
