Staff failed to follow thru, including not returning phone calls in a timely manner - if at all; not requesting insurance approval for tests (we checked w/ insurer). He estimated hospital time following surgery to be three or four nights; actual time in hospital (by a different provider with competent staff) was one night.

Dr Gee was a good provider. But the office staff is horrific. They had all of my correct contact information but claimed to not be able to get me a bill, and turned me over to collections. Then they had the audacity to say that this was the right decision because it was "unacceptable" (Dr Gee's words) that I hadn't paid my bill--the bill that I had never received. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a professional office. I would highly advise to stay away from this office, as it could have lifelong impacts. Luckily I caught their error in my case.

I had BPH issues with my prostate. Got referred to Dr Gee and he did a great job explaining the Urolift procedure. I had the procedure done and couldn't be happier with the results! The recovery time was minimal. I'm done with all the BPH issues and no longer take the medicine.

Dr Gee was pleasant but staff does not follow up, return calls, or consider extensive emergency room visits due to unreturned calls

Have Prostate Cancer. Underwent biopsy. I was told by many that the biopsy would "not be fun". After going through the procedure, I barely knew I had it done. He walked me through everything. He was very calming and his assistant was excellent. Great staff.

I couldn't have had a nicer, more caring, matter of fact doctor. Recovery from surgery was speedy.
