RUN do not walk from this practice. I waited 6 months to post this review, until my eyelids were completely healed. I'm left with nerve damage in the eyelids, one eye doesn't close completely, and the lumps left in the eyelid are hideous. This doctor is only interested in making money. No time for questions or concerns, just chop chop, the next patient is on the table. He had plenty of time to try and sell me cataract surgery that I didn't need.

Cataract surgery went great . Office waits are brutal Dr. Kovach knows his stuff

I had my eyes examined for cataracts and laser correction. He and his staff, were very efficient and thorough. Dr. Kovach was knowledgeable, informed of of issues I wasn't aware of and gave me different options. Since then, I have had other evaluations and I find I was not as comfortable and these other doctors missed much of what Dr. Kovach observed. He didn't rush me, answered all my questions, but unfortunately I had a crappy insurance policy that wouldn't even cover the basics. I now have decent coverage, I'm returning and hope I can let him do the procedures. The wait will be worth it ..I'm sure.

Dr. Kovach is very good, knows his stuff. Takes time with each patient, answers all your questions. And because of that he has a lot of patients so the wait time is sometimes longer than you'd like. Depending on what you're having done it could go from 1 hr. to 2 and a half hours. But he's worth it. Make the proper arrangements for time and you're good to go.

Having know Dr Kovach for years, I entrusted him to my cataract surgery with advanced technology Symfony implants. I have never made a better decision in my life than to have Dr Kovach perform this surgery with me. Phenomenal person.

Wait times of over 2 hours are way to long and it feels like an assembly line with the limited time and attention I received by both the staff and the Dr. I was misdiagnosed and there has not been any follow up by the Dr for the serious issue I was to have had. I am now seeing another eye care professional.

Misdiagnosed both my father and sister. One had unnecessary surgery. The other went somewhere else and therefore avoided the unnecessary surgery.

The wait time is way too long (over one hour or longer). It seems multiple appoints are for one time slot.

Dr Kovach is the most caring doctor of any specialty I have ever seen. The results of my LASIK surgery were spectacular! His staff is very kind and efficient. Highly recommended!

Dr. Kovach did a really bad job on my Moms cataract! The lens he installed is crooked and their is a ton of scar tissue around it now! I do not suggest using him. The problem now is now other eye Surgeon wants to touch her eye.
