Very professional and great attention to small details

Dr Welch is professional and nice. He kindly explained to me many things I asked him about cosmetic procedures and other questions regarding skin.

My father had a papiloma in his sinus that was removed with surgey by Dr. Kevin. The surgery was long but worked! Very good doctor!

I found the staff and Dr. Welch to be very helpful with my breathing problems. I was told by another that I needed all kinds of surgery but in the end Dr. Welch recommended a couple of prescription sprays that have worked beautifully.

Dr. Welch's attention to detail is so bad that he couldn't even correctly input my feedback into his notes. I needed to submit a request for correction of my medical records because of Dr. Welch's incompetence. Stay away from this doctor. Dr Kevin C Welch doesn't care about you as a patient. Dr Kevin C Welch only cares about his paycheck from Northwestern.

I went to Dr Welch for a chronic stuffy nose. After he examined me there was not much to show why I was having issues. Dr Welch was smart and followed up with a CT scan of my sinuses that showed a pituitary adenoma. Totally unrelated to my stuffy nose. He immediately called me to explain what was seen, put in requests for follow up tests and referrals to other Drs. Dr Welch was part of the surgery team to remove the adenoma thru my nose to my brain. If it was not for Dr Welch being thorough this might have been found after damage to my sight and or brain. Dr Welch and his staff are caring and responsive and Dr Welch took the lead to make sure I was aligned correctly for all tests and with other Drs. After Surgery Dr Welch continued to care for me as my nose healed and has been an excellent Dr. I trust Dr Welch with my care and I would trust him with the care of any of my friends or family.

Dr.Welch is a fabulous doctor. He is honest caring and has your best interest at heart. Dr.welch and his team went out of his way. To send referrals out. Given I was too complex For him. So his team has gone above and beyond for me best doctor out there. Thanks DR.Welch

I tend to be skeptical of reviews, but how I feel now is truly life altering. I thought I was going to be taking medications for the rest of my life, and my allergist warned me that surgery frequently didn't work. I saw Dr. Welch as a second opinion and in the waiting area another patient highly recommended him. After a discussion and a follow-up phone call, I decided to go all in. I am so angry I didn't do this sooner!! Thank you Dr. Welch!

I thought going to Northwestern downtown I would be in very good hands with an excellent dr. The 1st time I went to Dr Welch I was impressed. He told me he could fix my problems without surgery which all of my previous drs wanted to do. I continued to get sick every 6 weeks over 6 month period of time. My last appt with him he said I can not help you anymore, you need surgery. I said I already had 4 surgeries and I am in the same position. What would you do differently. He said open up your sinuses. He was very rude. He has an attitude that he is above you. I never went back. Started seeing a holistic dr. and I have not had a sinus infection in 4 months now. I would not suggest anyone go to this doctor!
