Gets to the point. No small talk. You must coax him to communicate. But he knows his stuff and doesn’t mince words. Doctors from other parts of the world are at a disadvantage culturally and linguistically. He is well qualified.

I waited in the room for over an hour and a half and the doctor still had not come so I opened the door and told the lady that I had been waiting and the doctor had not come yet. She you have she checked her computer and says the doctor is finishing up with his last patient now. Seriously you all forgot I was in the room waiting. I said I was living and they didn't care to apologize or explain, the doctor didn't care that he did not get to give his diagnosis. I will never return to this horrible place again.

Contradictions within his own notes. Very poor record keeping. Uncaring, willing to slight his patient due to conflict of personality. Miserable experience all the way around.

Seems focused on one course of treatment and not interested in trying different things to look for solutions. The office is poorly run. Always 30 minutes to almost an hour behind schedule, very poor about returning phone calls for appointments and prescriptions. Been going there for over a year and it is always like this.

He gave me his personal e-mail address and encouraged me to contact him at any time for any reason. I sent him one message (not time-sensitive) and he responded that evening.
