I went to him for dizziness, and without any exam or tests, he gave me a prescription for a medication that had the major side effect of dizzines. It made it worse!

Dr. Elzawahry is the best pain dr amd has the best relationahip with his patients and beside manners...you coukdnt fins a othwr grwat dr as himself

Dr Elzawahry treated me very well but over a problem with his staff and he I was fired with no warning or explanation. At one time I would have sworn that there wasn't a kinder or gentle person in the world. But as his practice expanded it became more and more impersonal. I started going to him when his office was on Harrison and he was a one man show. Kinder and gentler times. Money and politics play to big of a role.

DOCTOR IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EASY TO TALK WITH. WAIT TIMES WERE AT TIMES ALITTLE LONG BUT IT WAS WORTH IT AFTER SEEING DOCTOR. OVERALL DR. HAMEL ELZAWAHRY IS OUTSTANDING IN TREATMENT AND ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE.

This is the most knowledgeable physician I've ever been treated by! Extremely informative, and kind demeanor. Only physician I trust for the true story on my back.!

I have never personally seen this doctor as a patient, but I was previously an employee at this office. For everyone discussing the issues with time management, this is an issue that I'm not sure will ever change. Dr. K. Elzawahry forces the front desk staff to overbook his appointments to ensure he sees a large amount of patients throughout the day. We would constantly have patients (and, mind you, patients at this office are either being seen for neurological issues or pain management) coming up to the front extremely irate with us about the wait time and we all felt helpless about the situation. The front desk and nursing staff would constantly try to let the doctor know that patients were becoming upset about the wait, but Dr. Elzawahry doesn't care; he just continues to overbook appointments and take his sweet time. If you want to be seen in a timely manner, I certainly would not waste my time at this office. Also, if any issues arise, the office manager and others in the front… office are NOT people you want to deal with... most everyone is extremely rude. You've been warned!

Dr Elzawahry is THE most kind and concerned doctor I've ever known.

He is a very good Dr. but very bad at time management. I have NOT waited less then 1 1/2 hours after appointment time to be seen. I don't now if he books that many at a time, but people have other commitments than sitting in a waiting or exam room. When he did see me, he was caring and wanted to get to the problem which he did. My last appointment was at 0920 on a Saturday morning, you wouldn't think that would be a problem, well at 1030 and I still wasn't seen, I left and asked for my Co-Pay back, which I was told to call Monday because Billing was closed. I had to leave without my refill on perscription but I just couldn't wait anymore because of another appointment I scheduled for 1100.

We got there at 9:30am for 9:45AM appointment. At 11 Am we ask how long. We were told he has 3 more people in front of us. We cancelled the time and refused to make another. We had to ask them to refund the co-pay. Making a patient wait for up to 3 or four hours is poor service. Not to mention most of the people in the waiting room told us this happens all the time.

I would highly reccomend Dr Elzawahry to anyone having any kind ofNeuro problems. He is patient, caring, understanding, listens fully andeasily makes his patients feel at ease regardless of the diagnoses , procedure or tests his patients needs. He is diligent in treating and finding the best physical therapists to help his patients recover quickly.He wants what is best for his patients . He goes above and beyond the limits of what many and most doctors in that he never gives up trying to help them get better !
