Dr.Kim Bango has been my doctor for about 10yrs and had never change. She always listens and answers my questions. Very caring and nice doctor. I never feel that she in a rush. Highly recommend her

You can't speak with the doctor but you can leave a message for the medical assistant, but she never returns the phone calls.

Almost impossible to speak to her if you have any questions after your visit

Had tests and other diagnostics done and I have called 6 times and sent emails---no one calls me back. They want me to go on their website -- even though I've told them the info isn't in the folder.

Pretentious and theatrical, but at the time to diagnose and treat a failure.

Excellent Dr. for now, i have only seen her once. I went for my yearly check up and as a new patient. Dr. Kim Bango was very patient and helpful. The Dr. Made lots of questions about my family and life style and also performed my check up. Setting up an appointment was very easy and they send you email and text reminders of appointments as well. Office and building very well taken care of and clean. Office staff was very courteous and efficient. Prescriptions where called in on the same day and they even have a portal that you log into and have all the visit details, future appointments, lab work, and health records listed. Very helpful and great tool to have. Will see Dr. Bango for a follow up this week and i hope for it to go as well as it did on my first visit. Oh, almost forgot to mention that they also do lab work on site!

Excellent doctor, has been my doctor for about 3 years now. Spends her time to explain everything without a rush, very firm in her explanations and very compassionate doctor always keeping your best interest in mind.

I am pleased to have Dr. Bango as my doctor. I hadn't had a doctor for two years prior, she made the transition back into the health world a breeze. Without being preachy, she advised what I can do to improve my health. I love that I can schedule my appointment through the Zoc Doc app. Also, everyone in the office speaks English fluently, which can be a challenge in Miami.
