Dr. Klara Gershman, MD

I needed an endocrinologist referral. I have very high Calcium levels in my blood. I called for 2 weeks everyday. I managed to speak to the office staff once. All calls go to voicemail and no one ever calls back. I went sirectly myself to the specialist. The consequences were that the endocrinologist I wanted to see did not accept patients without doctor referrals. I was allocated to a junior doctor. Dec 9th 2014, I called to see if the doctor could prescribe blood work requested by my fertility specialist. They asked me to send a fax. I did and then followed up. After great difficulty they told me they received it and would call me back after having spoken to the doctor. I called many times and left messages. No returned call. I had to drive to the beach and personally show up to get an appointment. I work and was only able to show up as I was on holiday. The doctor is good but the studio and customer service is extremely poor. I recommend looking for another… provider.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR GERSHMAN FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS .SHE IS REALLY WONDERFUL.SHE IS PATIENT WITH MY QUESTIONS AND TIME WITH HER. I TRUST HER COMPLETELY WITH MY HEALTH. SHE IS A PRO AND IS PROFESSIONAL, HUMAN WITH A GREAT BEDSIDE MANOR, SPENDS QUALITY TIME WITH ME, PROMPT, AND HAS A GREAT STAFF. IF I CALL HER ABOUT SOMETHING SHE ALWAYS GETS BACK TO ME AND MAKES TIME FOR MY QUESTIONS. I FIRST SAW HER WHEN SHE WAS WITH ANOTHER DOCTOR IN SOUTH MIAMI AND WHEN SHE MOVED TO MIAMI BEACH I FOLLOWED HER. I REFER MANY FRIENDS TO HER AND WOULD NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER DOCTOR. SHE IS A COMPATIONATE, CARING DOCTOR AND DESERVES RECOGNITION FOR HER QUALITY CARE.

Dr. Klara is the best Dr. My husband and I have ever had. She is caring and listens to your problem without rushing through to get to next patient. She explains everything, so that you don't have to ask what a medical term means. I would tell anyone that is looking for a Dr. to absolutely go to see her. <3

I have been very satisfied with Dr. Gershman as my primary care physician. She is always very knowledgable and helpful. It is easy to get an appointment and she is very punctual. Her staff (especially nurse Althea) is excellent. I highly recommend this doctor.

This doctor with her staff would win an award if there was one out there for being rude and unfriendly! I have never met such an arrogant doctor- it makes her really unprofessional. She thinks she knows everything better than other doctors and even makes fun of you. Plus, her accent is sometimes so strong you cannot understand what she says. Won't go there again!

Dr. Gershman is a wonderful doctor. Her office staff can be extremely rude at times, but Dr. Gershman herself is excellent. Bring a book, though--I always have had a long wait after my appointment time to see the Dr. Once I waited for over an hour after the scheduled time of my appointment. However, Dr. Gershman is still highly recommended; she is very knowledgeable and helpful.

She is a very experienced, caring MD. Her office staff is efficient and friendly. The office is always clean and easy to get to, right near Lincoln Rd. Mall so there are plenty restaurants and coffee shops nearby for a visit after your appointment.

I love Dr Gershman! I've been seeing her for years and she has always taken very good care of me. Her staff isn't friendly but the doctor is great!
