Dr. Kristian Robert Novakovic, MD

He listens & answered questions. Explained conditions well. Appointments are never rushed. Trust the provider's decisions for treatment, which proved successfull. Staff has always been friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Novakovic to anyone needing a urologist.

Dr. Novakovic explained my various options today for the procedure. It felt more like talking to a good friend then a doctor I just met.

Doctor is extremely nice during patient office visit. However, if you ask him a question after your visit, he will never respond. And I mean never.

Dr. Novakovic is able & knowlegable, but extremely careless on follow thru. if you have any 'after visit' questions, you need to make another appointment, but that pales to what followed. he recommended I take a psa test for possible cancer. results (numbers & recommendations) are allegedly posted within 48 hours. his office acknowledged receiving the results the following day, but he was 'too busy' to even just post the numbers. after 12 DAYS of calls , letters, & insurance co. pressure, he finally posted just the number,, (which had spiked), but to this day, no recommendation! Even his staff was apologizing to me! this behavior is inexcusable!

The doctor and his staff were very fast, intelligent, extremely polite, and superbly professional with excellent personal repoire. You're in good hands with Dr. Novakovic, no pun intended.
