Doc is great! I have been seeing her for about two years. During this time, she helped me with a smashed toe, taking the time to explain the process of losing the nail and what to expect much better than the podiatrist did. ?She also diagnosed my A-fib and immediately referred me to a cardiologist. ?On top of that, she was incredibly patient with me while I vented about some personal stress. I was so pleasantly surprised, as most doctors don't listen very well!

Seeing her was like a “fever nightmare”. Unreal and weird. I had high expectations from reading reviews on Banners site but wish I would of read the reviews all over the web first. The fact she is even in the medical field is mind boggeling. Zero manners, does not listen nor make eye contact and makes you feel like your a bother. I felt very uncomfortable the minute she walked in. She did not know difference between common procedures, doubted symptoms I was having as If I was making them up. Refused to check annual bloodwork I needed. Never once left her seat nor examined me on my wellness check. Just looked down at computer and then got up and left me sitting there when she was done asking questions. I would rely more on google for health concerns before ever seeing her again. I left office that day feeling let down and it was a complete waste of time and money. She needs to reconsider her field of interest as this one is not meant for her! Im literally disgusted. Please, for the… sake of your health and loved ones, stay away.

Incredibly disrespectful and won't listen to your needs. All I can say is, go to ANYONE but her!

I would give her 0 stars if I could. Kristin is very arrogant and talks down to you. Terrible bedside manner. I would never go back to her again.

Kristan is wonderful; warm and compassionate. Extremely smart and knows what she is doing. Keeping me healthy.
