Dr. Kristina Marie Wilson, MD

Dr. Wilson is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She takes all the time she needs with each patient, explaining in detail the diagnosis and treatment. She understands the demands that are placed on those that are in a competitive sport and works with the patient in getting them back to their activity as soon as possible working with them through the healing process. I would highly recommend her!

I like Dr. Wilson and she seems knowledgable but the billing was ridiculous!!!! My daughter fractured her heel and they did X-rays and tried to give me some $100 heels cups which I declines. The total bill was over $2,000!!!!! DO NOT go to PCH if you don't have to. Even with insurance I had to pay over $600 for the visit.

Dr. Wilson is a nice Doctor, did her job well. But we cannot return to her office again due to the gross overbilling of a visit. I received a facility bill, an x-xray bill, a bill from Dr. Wilson, a bill for the sling provided. Its not just that it was alot of bills but it was billed higher than any other orthopedic doctor we have been to before. When goiung to this facility for its night time "urgent care" or a regular visit with the northopedic doc, the facility charges are billed as if it is a hospital! For each office visit and follow up, they charge in the neighborhood of $600. For the urgent care visit the total was $1000. You won't see those type of charges from any other ortho or urgent care. What a rip-off.

Unfortunately I was injured at Vanderbilt hospital due to negligence during surgery. I was referred by the surgeon to be evaluated by Dr. Wilson who in turn misdiagnosed my injury. She was very nonchalant and uncaring. I am an adult and maybe I would have had better care had I been a child but would never recommend her to anyone.
