I don't know how any one could give bad reviews and say unresponsive. I message them through the app and hear back within an hour or 2. Even saw me within 4 hours of contacted. Sent prescription within minutes of appointments. Very friendly and pinpoints everything

Dr. Ainsley is attentive, thorough, patient and interested in listening to her patients. I have been seeing her for years and always leave her office feeling like my health has been well addressed.

I have never had a better doctor and only one that equaled She is on time, listens and has suggestions for treating g ailments, is thorough, kind and non judging and never forgets a thing Just great!

thank you so much for the reviews! it help me to NOT choose this Dr as my primary care. All i can say is if she spoke to me like that, I would have given her exactly the same treatment back. She would not have liked me as a patient. I refuse to take poor treatment from Anyone. So thank you!

I have been trying to get a Gabapentin refill Rx for my wife Patricia Capone. I have made several attempts ( I believe 5 or 6) to no avail. As a result she has been without the RX for a few days. I just got off the phone with someone from your office and was told the RX is now, finally, at our local pharmacy ( She had been receiving it through Express Scripts ). I am leaving now to pick it up, Hopefully it is there!!! Frank Capone

She is unprofessional, uncaring, fast, doesn't listen, I felt like another number. Then she accused me of having an attitude with her before I had a chance to even talk to her, she told me attitude has to stop because this won't work... I can't believe the way I was treated by her. She needs to learn how to take care of her patients with understanding, care, and good bedside manners.

I had gone to this doctor for 5 years and she was ok. Then, I went to an appt.and her behavior was erratic and scary. She did not know why I was there, she did not have any of my information at hand and began yelling at me that I had come back in too soon.(Why would I do that?) I pointed out the date that I was last there, and then she counted on her fingers and realized it had been the correct amount of time for my regular appt. She left the room to get the results of my blood work, but when she came back in she was even more agitated. She never found the results of my mammogram that was sent to her. She looked at the list of medications that SHE had prescribed for me ,and began to accuse me of filling one of the prescriptions too often.(how can you do that?) I was stunned. I drew her attention to the fact that they are all monthly prescriptions and I fill them monthly on automatic refill and she became livid and told me I needed to see a psychiatrist. She was verbally abusive and… would not let me speak. I have cut all ties with that practice and am extremely concerned with the quality of care I have received. I will also say this. it appears that they have a quota of patients and a 15 minutes time limit for all, no matter what. I am totally stunned at her behavior and I would recommend that you choose another doctor.
