Dr. Kumar Suhrud Gandhi, MD

I met when physician Kumar Ghandi and explained my problem that has been ongoing for some time. He was indifferent and to place a better term useless. The whole interaction took 4 minutes. When I explained my situation, not once did he inquire further to understand where else the pain was coming from. He simply did the most basic job of checking up my breathing and pressing onto the injured area to confirm the pain. The manner the message was delivered was confusing and disheartening to see an unqualified physician like him attending patients who truly need the care and attention. The entire time his body language indicated his indifference and uncaring attitude by constantly shifting his body to the door as if he wanted to leave. Patients aren’t just numbers. You chose to be a doctor, step up and do right or don’t at all.

I saw Dr. Gandhi today in Thousand Oaks, Ca, at Lakeside/Regal Med. expecting the worst having read the few reviews posted. To the contrary,. he was patient, courteous, and professional.

Like another person said in these reviews - he walked in, barely examined me, and gave me two antibiotics. His bedside manner is horrible, he talks incredibly slow and monotonously and is incredibly awkward the entire time. He didn’t even tell me what was wrong with me just that it might be a viral infection or it might be bacterial and that he sent prescriptions to CVS. The entire interaction was 4 minutes. I had to ask the pharmacist what each drug was for and how to use it because he told me nothing.

Extremely awkward bedside manner, didn’t take any of my concerns seriously, barely even examined me before prescribing antibiotics. I’m actually shocked that’s he’s a doctor. I seriously hope I get better on my own, because he did nothing. It was a waste of time and money to see him.

This was the worst experience I have had from a doctor EVER, I don't say this to be over dramatic. He walked into the room and didn't even look at me, asked me "what do you want?" I proceeded to tell him why I came in and he said "ok" and walked out of the room and I had to talk to a nurse to get my questions answered. I wouldnt even give him 1 star, it is concerning that he is even a doctor! He either has no social and personal skills or he was on drugs, either way completely unacceptable.
