I already told numerous friends about the great care and friendly the entire staff was.

Very thorough and to the point. He gave me answers that no one else could.

Dr. Chun put my daughter at ease and was great at connecting with her.

Dr Chun gave me helpful recommendations. When I tried to as one question of his Medical Assistant before leaving, she told me I had already taken too much time and needed to check out. She said "He told you I would call you tomorrow". I noted that I may not have heard him as I was very overwhelmed by my unexpected injury. She told me I was being unfair to her when I asked her to please be nice to me. I reminded her that I was paying for her services and she said the insurance was paying, not me. I knew if the Medical Assistant behaved this way, she could make my surgical journey a poor one. So, I checked with the Office Manager a few days later, not "throwing the Assistant under the bus", but trying to understand. The Office Manager said this was not usual behavior for Assistant Crissy. I was getting another surgical opinion, but thought Dr Chun may still be an option. The Office Manager phoned me the next day to say Dr Chun discharged me from the practice. This is… because I spoke up regarding a problem or at least a potential problem. Based on this experience, I sadly cannot recommend Dr Chun. His Medical Assistant's behavior is a reflection of him. I hope things improve as I was not able to understand my patient experience because no one really wanted to resolve it at Granite Orthopedics in Prescott AZ.

Dr. Chun was very nice and helpful, even though he was busy he took the time and explained what I needed to do for my knee.

My appointment was on a Monday morning. After the weekend, I expected a freshly rested doctor, but instead I met a grouch, not interested at all in listening to my hip pain story. In fact he interrupted me. I tried to ask more details as to how to treat my hip pain. Nothing! He said PT and that was that. I still don’t know how many sessions, or how often. Very disappointing and frustrating. What happened to good manners?

He listened to me and got me further than other doctors have been able to. Fantastic doctor.

As almost everyone else has said, Dr. Chun is an outstanding doctor who listens and makes patients feel comfortable. I will soon be having my second surgical procedure with him and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Chun listened to my situation and provided me with advice and information that was thoughtful & educated. I absolutely loved that he advised the least invasive route. No surgery for me!
