Dr. Lars Peter Enevoldsen, MD

Great experience. I love my breasts and wish I had seen Dr. Enevoldsen years ago. He's a great surgeon and cares for his patients.

This is my story, this is my nightmare: On May 11th, 2019 the surgeon I trusted, Dr Lars Enevoldsen, had my feet and arms strapped to a medical bed and did a breast surgery on me while I was fully awake. It was horrific. I had a medical complication happen after a prior surgery with him, and instead on taking me to the hospital, this Dr Enevoldsen decided to cut me open WITHOUT an anesthesiologist so he could keep the procedure at his little office. We were directly across the street from Doctors Medical Center, he said he had hospital privileges, and I begged him to take me there as the pain was absolutely unbearable. He wouldn’t. For about an hour and a half, I felt every cut, burn, and suction. I was screaming and crying in immeasurable pain. I was losing significant amounts of blood, and I begged him to stop, that I had four babies I needed to be alive for. I felt like I was being tortured. My poor husband had to listen to his wife scream for help through this whole… procedure. He was shaking, frozen in a trance for much of the time. About half way into the process, he was able to locate an anesthesiologist by calling friends in a panic, that was on call for another doctor and wiling to come in. My husband pounded on the little operating room window crying that he had found an anesthesiologist for Dr. Enevoldsen on his own, but the he was told no. Two days later I had to go in for a follow up, still in shock, and I was now draining pusy discharge instead of clean blood in my drain. Again, this should be a sign of infection. After I realized he was not providing the level of medical care or concern, we left his office and drove to the amazing team of Elite Urgent Care to finally get help for what we later found out to be MRSA that I had contracted. I now needed a 3rd surgery, which we demanded to be at Doctors Medical Center. Because of the medical system, the only way to quickly have the necessary surgery was to still use Dr. Enevoldsen. While we were in the pre-OR room, he stormed in shaking with anger and stating that we should have the third surgery back to his office instead of DMC. He also said that we were messing up his schedule, and he had an awards ceremony that he suppose to attend, and he may be too busy too do the surgery depending on his schedule. We were in disbelief and my husband used every once of strength to keep his cool because he knew that this doctor still had to operate on me. He kindly asked Dr. Enevoldsen if his ethic duties required him to perform the emergency surgery over the inconvenience it would cost him by loss of sleep or rearrangement of his schedule. It felt like I was living a horror movie. After doing the third procedure he walks out of the OR into the waiting room, with his arm extended holding my breast implants for all to see, where he asks my husband if he would like the implants he paid for back. These were the same implants that were in the area with the MSRA virus. It was humiliating for my husband. The next morning Dr. Enevoldsen is discussing possible hospital discharge while I am still needing blood transfusions, antibiotics to fight the infection, and pain medication from the trauma. The team at Doctors Medical Hospital were amazing in helping us take measures to prevent him from doing so, and providing excellent care and support after we were finally able to fire Dr. Enevoldsen as my doctor. This man, Dr. Enevoldsen, put me through a horrific surgical and medical experience, in which I contracted a serious infection and will have to live with the mental and emotional scars. If it wasn’t for the amazing team at Doctors Medical Center and staff at FourWest, I tremble in fear at what the outcome could have been for me, my husband and four precious babies. Insult to injury was added this morning (Saturday), when I was rudely woken up in my hospital bed by a courier to be served a legal letter from Dr. Envelodsen’s attorney, demanding that I remain silent and not post my story on social media. Well, I will not remain silent Dr. Envelodsen. This is my story and you cannot take that away from me.

Not only was this man unethical, he has absolutely no ed side manor, he is VERY self consider with himself and his own personal life before others even in an emergency. He has no regard for pain management or follow up care. I do NOT recommend this man to anyone!

I love my breasts. I have so much more confidence in myself. Highly recommend Dr. Enevoldsen.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. I've seen a great decline in customer service and satisfaction. Even though the Dr. is a very skilled surgeon, it isn't reflected in follow up with patients and the outcome with their procedures.

Had very bad experience after recieving lip filler injections. Lips were hard lumpy uneven and unnatural looking. Had tony white spots all over my lips. Bad injection teqnique inserted filler in the wrong areas. Rude staff bad customer service. Made me look deformed and refused to refund money after I had to get the filler removed by another dr office which by the way was EXTREMELY PAINFUL. They told me to deal with my lips being uneven to learn to love them an then offered to sell me more filler to fix them. I looked deformed and was very unhappy with the results. Would not recommend this office to anyone!!!! Very very bad experience all three times I went there. I will never return here for any cosmetic procedures.
