Dr. Laura T Kimbro, DO

I have been so impressed with Dr. Kimbro. Highly recommended. I have a history of trouble finding a good obgyn so much so that I recently gave up and started seeing my primary care physician for my annual well woman exams. Unfortunately, I was forced back into the market when I started having symptoms of an ovarian cyst. This was my second so I was somewhat clued in on what to look for. I brought my list of symptoms and myself to Dr. Kimbro and was so relieved that I not only liked her as a person but immediately felt confident in her as a doctor. She listened to my symptoms without questioning whether they were legitimate. She studied my case even after I left the office and called me in off hours to discuss further. I may not have been a textbook case but who is really? And it was so nice to be treated as an individual with my own set of personal experiences. We eventually decided to remove my cyst and the whole process went smoothly. I was contacted several… times in advance by her physicians assistant in the days and weeks leading up to the surgery given all the information I could ask for to make me feel comfortable and confident. Follow-up after the surgery has also been outstanding. I received calls from the physicians assistant and Dr. Kimbro herself. The office Dr. Kimbro works out of is also excellent with in office ultrasound cability. I also noticed on my insurance claim that they charge less than Simon med and having seen both sets of images myself, I believe their equipment and/or technicians are also superior. I definitely recommend Dr. Kimbro.

Dr Kimbro is fantastic, along with her very caring staff. She wasn't sure what the diagnosis was, so she kept digging for answers, with much concern for me. I am so very comfortable and confident with her!
