THIS DR DOES NOT HAVE PROFESSIONALS DEDICATION TO PROTECT THE WELL BEING OF PATIENTS, DR SHOULD HAVE AN ETHICAL OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE CARE IN CASES OF MEDICAL EMERGENCY BUT THIS DR FOCUSED ON THE MEDICAL PAYMENT/EXPENSES/MONEY.

I had an ingrown toenail that was causing me much pain and swelling. There was pus coming out from under the toenail. I was not able to get an appointment with a podiatrist for weeks. Dr. Cha had compassion on me removed the toenail for me. She did an excellent job.

I am totally satisfied with the care that I receive from Dr. Cha! She's the best!

She treated a skin lesion better than my dermatologist did. Her surgical skills are awesome!

Anyone know where Dr. Cha went? I miss having her as my doc.

Have you ever wanted to be known, I mean "really known" by your family doctor? Well, Dr. Cha knows her patients so personally that every time I see her, I come out feeling that I was not just another patient on her schedule. Dr. Cha is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. She is hard to get an appointment with, but this is because she is in such hight demand. Dr. Cha was very thorough and diagnosed my problem very quickly. I may not be alive today if it wasn't for her.

Dr. Cha is no longer at Old Dominion Medical Center, and I may leave the practice because I really liked her and the remaining doctor, while extremely experienced and caring, is just not the same. Dr. Cha took a special interest in my depression, and worked with me to find an antidepressant that would work. She also really kept on top of my hypothyroidism, ordering more tests when my medicine was no longer effective - these tests uncovered Hashimoto's thyroiditis and she was able to recommend a change in medication that has stabilized my symptoms. I wish you well, Dr. Cha, and would follow you to your new practice if I could find out where it is!

Dr. Cha is the best doctore I have ever seen. She takes the time to listen and then accurately comes to a diagnosis. She is caring and her follow through is excellent and efficient. I have recommended her to all my friends and would follow her wherever she goes if she ever left this practice.
