First office technician busted into the room unannounced while I'm on the table under a sheet, never saw me! Goes thru the table with supplies then walks out & leaves the door open! I use my chair & slam the door closed! She comes back & knocks & says did she just come in here? I said you most certainly did! And left the door open! Then the doctor comes in, I tell him what happened, he says "oh we are so used to butts around here, it doesn't matter!" WHAT?! So we discuss the hemorrhoid surgery after he examines me & I explain I want the external hemorrhoids gone. He says he'll do he's best. HUH? Then I go in for surgery & he removes internal hemorrhoids only instead of external hemorrhoids & now I can't possibly go unless I use something that gives me diarrhea all the time! Because I can't pass anything bigger than a quarter! So after surgery, I had to change pain medicine & a family member had to go get the new prescription. They showed up too early & the nurse griped… them out! I called her up & gave her a piece of my mind & said my family was not her patient & she had no business treated them that way! She ended up being fired! Wasn't the first incident that she had been involved in! That office manager had a field day with me over all the things that happened with me! I've never been treated so horrible by one office ever! But the office manager was very nice! Never will I see Dr Raley again! And I may have to have surgery all over again to correct what he has done to me!

Excellent bedside manner. Listens , informative, answers all questions. Knowledgeable in his field. Would recommend him to anyone.

We believe Dr. Raley is truly a man of God! His warmth and understanding attitude to all our question(s) was awesome! It was like sitting in a classroom, as he explained in detail the surgical procedure not just to us, but also the children. He was at the hospital by 7:00AM weekdays and by 8:00AM weekends. WOW! We highly recommend Dr. Raley if you are needing colon surgery.

Dr. Raley is an incredible doctor, superior in every way. I would recommend him to anyone who faces surgery in his field of expertise. I considered going to a worldwide-known clinic in another state, due to the serious and extensive nature of my surgery, but chose to use Dr. Raley, instead. The gastroenterologist from whom I got a 2nd opinion (and the head of the department there) knew of Dr. Raley and his work, and assured me that I would be in good hands. He was exactly correct in his recommendation. Dr. Raley is in tune with his patients, has an attentive ear, and does what is best for them.

Dr. Raley is a fantastic surgeon and person. He is very very skilled at what he does, has great bedside manner and a courteous staff. Dr. Raley and his staff's response time to calls/concerns is almost immediate. His skill level far exceeds his number of years of experience. I would not want to go to any other colon-rectal surgeon anywhere in this world and would highly recommend anyone to him.
