This is my first time to see this doctor. Never again . . .

Dr Backus is rude and shames you because you are looking for interpretation of test results. She is not a doctor I ever want to see again. It isn’t only male doctors who are unkind and non supportive to women …it is also women doctors . In fact all of my male doctors have been more supportive. I cried after seeing this insensitive person.

Not Impressed

She rolled her eyes at me when I was told her the name of my diagnosis.

Dr. Backus was my gynecologist for approximately three years. Although I was unable to follow when she changed practices I wanted to express my profound appreciation for the care she gave. She is very professional (thorough check-up, took time to answer all questions, and never felt rushed). Her personality is notable. She is very easy to talk to, funny, warm and open to sharing appropriately. I miss her and I have had a hard time finding her replacement. Ginger Ridings
