Dr. Leo Rondus Carter, MD

Dr. Carter, constantly told me for 3 visits straight the same diagnoises as if he remembers a speech to tell patients. All he did was look in my throat, nose, and ears and then say his same speech. I had to ask for tests. His lab tech was more informative than he was. He said to follow him down the hall and he disappeared. I waiting in the hall for 10 mins. He forgot that he told me to follow him to the lab and never told the tech anything. She came out of the lab and I asked to be seen. She then said she didnt know I was waiting and thought I was waiting for someone. She then fussed @ Dr. Taylor and I confided in her as if she was the Dr. I will not waste my time and money anymore going to him, so he can load me up with zertec, instead of running tests to find out whats wrong with me. He didn't even know about current conditions. I think he has gotten to old to practice and isn't keeping up and his staff (the lab tech), tells him what to do.
