Dr. Lewis Jacob Frazee, MD

Dr. Lewis Frazee has been my ophthalmologist for over 12 years. I see him twice per year and he and his staff do an excellent job. Dr. Frazee is very knowledgable and professional in his field. He answers my questions thoroughly. I am confident that I am well cared for by Dr. Frazee and his staff.

Knowledgeable and efficient

Dr. Frazee has been my doctor for over 25 years. He has the highest standards and ethical practices and he is so knowledgeable; he is always willing to teach and talk about your eye care and overall health. The office staff is excellent very personable and friendly. Excellent doctor and Ophthalmologist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frazee for 20 years. He has always been thorough and efficient with me. I have a particular issue that he has followed very closely giving me much confidence in his practice.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. From the moment I arrived to see Dr Frazee the staff was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming, except for the front desk ladies. After checking my vision, they sent me to wait for the doctor. Then I waited in the hallway, saw the doctor again, waited again, and this cycle repeated multiple times. They then asked me to dilate my eyes to take pictures, which I opted out of. After that, I was told to wait for the doctor again, and he said they could take pictures without dilation. More waiting, pictures taken, back to the doctor — and then he said he couldn’t see clearly. If that’s the case, I don’t understand why I was told they had technology to see without dilation. I firmly believe I was overcharged for this visit. All I received was a prescription for a reading glasses and an eye pressure check and paid $220. Very disappointed, pressured and confused.

Dr. Frazee was quick but efficient and addressed my concerns. The staff made it a smooth and comfortable experience.
