RUDE/NASTY; very unprofessional!!!!

I have been in the medical profession for nearly 25 years now and love what I do. During this 25 years, I have NEVER had a respectful and professional conversation with Dr. Harper. She is rude, condescending, and disrespectful to others. I don't know how she has been in practice for so long, and I feel sorry to those that work for her. I wouldn't seek her to treat me if my life depended on it.

Called the office about a refill and the women that answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE! She claimed I lied about contacting their office several times. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I don’t understand how someone can act so ignorant and still have a job at a doctor office. There needs to be better management at this office. No one should ever be treated like that.

Wow is all I can say, from the receptionist to the Dr....rude beyond rude. I have been a nurse for a long time and this is probably the most condescending physicians I have come across. The receptionist was hard to understand and than continued to belittle me because I couldn’t understand her. I can’t believe she has patients, glad she’s not my mom I would have to get a lot of therapy for that!!!!

This experience was a phone call from Dr. Harper to our medical office. We are also a physician's office in Northern Virginia. Dr. Harper called our office to speak about a mutual patient and could not have been more rude. She was unprofessional from the very start of the phone call. She was absolutely condescending and unwilling to have an intelligible conversation. I would never trust such a nasty person with any patient's medical care.

Excellent Doctor on all fronts. I have been going to Dr. Harper in excess of 25 years. I trust her recommendations and diagnosis

WOW! This physician is very volatile, judgmental and angry. She called to speak to me about a patient of hers that was seen at our organization. She immediately began yelling at me about how incompetent our organization was. Didn't even given me an opportunity to adequately answer her questions before she would interrupt me again with yelling. Many assumptions are made on her part. She does not understand the value of listening. If she can speak to another physician colleague this way, I am scared for her patients.

This doctor does not listen. She is rude. She is condescending. It is frustrating to try to have a conversation with her. She talked down to me.

RUDE!! The absolute WORST doctor visit I have ever had.

I have never encountered a doctor so rude & belligerent!! A doctor that does not know how to talk to people and is completely unprofessional. I am appalled that she is a doctor. I will never refer any of my friends, family or even enemies to such a person like this. She should seek a different profession, possibly a prison guard.
